Symbolic handover keys at the "Toshkent Parranda" congress

On 17 and 18 September, the ‘Toshkent Parranda’ congress took place in Tashkent/Uzbekistan. Experts from the poultry industry from ten countries and representatives of the Uzbekistan Poultry Breeding Association took part in the event. The official handover of the keys to the compound feed plant built by BDW Feedmill Systems from Vechta-Calveslage also took place during the congress.

The congress focussed on the genetics and health of laying hens, with speakers from the USA, France and Germany. ‘Toshkent Parranda’, a major Uzbek poultry producer, operates laying and parent stock farms and places particular emphasis on feed quality to optimise animal health and laying performance.

BDW Feedmill Systems planned, supplied and installed the new compound feed plant, which was specially designed for the production of laying hen and rearing feed. From raw material reception to finished feed loading, including process control, all steps were customised to meet the special requirements of feed structure and composition.

Feed quality plays a decisive role in the health and performance of the animals - an aspect that has been given special attention in the new plant.

Various customers from Uzbekistan and Central Asia have already announced their visit to BDW for EuroTier in Hanover, Hall 12, Stand C25.
